Executive Biographies

Ernie Mathia is President of Hoover Group, Inc. He formerly served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer and is a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Mathia joined Hoover in August of 1999, and moved into his current position in October 2002. He has more than 30 years of international experience and an extensive financial background, having served in senior level positions with McDonald's Corporation, including the position of CFO - Europe and President of McDonalds of Italy. Additionally, he has operated his own consulting business for more than eight years.

Mr. Mathia is a CPA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois.

As Chief Operating Officer at Hoover Group; Jesse Sanchez is responsible for overseeing all internal operations of Hoover, in addition to strategically driving forward the overall business and company objectives.

Prior to his role as COO Jesse served as Vice President of Operations for Skolnik Industries located in Chicago, IL from 2003 to March of 2007. During that time Jesse managed the overall operational activities, while establishing, executing, and monitoring a world class manufacturing approach, and worked with the organization to establish a Lean Manufacturing facility.

Jesse has also served as Vice President of Operations of Bayco Products, a market leader in electrical portable task lighting. In that capacity, he developed new products and two major accounts that increased annual sales from $23 Million to $38 Million.

Jesse received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas and a master’s degree in management science from the University of Texas, Dallas, Texas.
