AviationTote IBC Container
The Hoover AviationTote tank was designed specifically for the transportation and storage of Aviation fuels. Built to last in Hoover’s ISO 9001:2008 certified plant, the AviationTote tank features a PV Assembly (pressure/vacuum) which helps prevent damage to the container during pump-off and filling. It also includes the center drain design, fork lift channels, 2” (5.08 cm) outlet valve with 1” (2.54 cm) sample valve.

The Jet-A Aviation container has unique feature that encompasses a 1” valve on the bottom adjacent to the 2” discharge valve. This valve is for sampling the fuel and/or draining possible condensate off the container. The valve is located at the lowest point on the bottom. The Jet-A tank has the same capabilities of the standard Liquitote in handling all hazardous liquid systems.

- Patented one-piece 1-1/2” (3.81 cm) sloped bottom
- 2” (5.08 cm) Discharge valve with internal extension pipe for discharging 100% jet fuel
- 1” (2.54 cm) drain valve

- 22-5/16” (56.6 cm) Top opening/manway with fill port, EPDM gasket, Zinc-plated bolted clamp ring, formed neck
- 3" (7.62 cm) metal or poly combination filling cap and fusible vent
- 2" (5.08 cm) Top pressure vacuum vent 5 PSI pressure, .5 PSI vacuum
- 6 1/2"(H) (16.6 cm) radius corner legs with caps
- Fork Lift Channels: 2-way

Materials
Tank Construction up to 550 gallons (2082 liters): 10 gauge (.135”/3.4 mm), 304 Stainless Steel with 2B finish.
Discharge Assembly: 316 Stainless Steel assembly with locking handle ball valve and plastic shipping plug.
