Donald W. Young – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Donald Young

Mr. Young became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hoover Container Solutions and its subsidiaries in 2008. Preceding Hoover, Mr. Young was a Vice President at Citicorp Venture Capital, the private equity division of Citigroup. Prior to that, Mr. Young was a Principal in the Private Equity Group at Sciens Capital Management, a multi-billion dollar alternative asset management firm in New York City. Mr. Young has served on the board and/or invested in more than 40 companies in his professional career. Mr. Young previously worked in the investment banking divisions of Bank of America Securities and Prudential Securities. Mr. Young graduated from Harvard University and is a member of the Houston and New York City Chapters of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).

Conrad A. Arnold – Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Conrad Arnold

Mr. Arnold became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Hoover in February 2009. Prior to joining Hoover, Mr. Arnold spent more than 18 years at Philip Services Corporation (PSC) where he spent the last 8 years as the Vice President of Business Development for its Industrial Services Division. Mr. Arnold graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Marketing.

Scott T. Meints – Vice President of Manufacturing

Scott Meints

Mr. Meints joined Hoover in 1991 and became Vice President of Product Development and Quality Assurance in 2007. In his 17 years with Hoover, Mr. Meints has worked in a variety of positions including Manufacturing Engineer, Machine Shop Manager, Fabrication Manager, Assistant Plant Manager and prior to 2007 as Plant Manager. Mr. Meints received an Associates Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Milford Community College.

Johan Wramsby – Vice President of Finance

Mr. Wramsby joined Hoover in 2001 and became Vice President of Finance in 2008. Previously Mr. Wramsby was a Financial Analyst at Hoover’s corporate office in Alpharetta, GA. Prior to joining Hoover, Mr. Wramsby worked at Business Innovations Group as the Finance Manager. Mr. Wramsby began his career with GE Appliances where he spent three years in the Accounting/Finance Department at the headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Wramsby has a B.A. in Business Administration from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

David E. Fanta

Mr. Fanta currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Total Safety US, Inc., a 1,500 employee, privately-owned international safety services company headquartered in Houston, Texas. Formerly, he served as President of PSC’s Industrial Services Group, a $750 million division of publicly traded Philip Services Corp. Prior to that, Fanta served as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Allwaste, Inc., a Houston, Texas based publicly traded industrial services company which was acquired by Philip Services Corp. He has 28 years of experience leading sales and operational teams in the industrial services and oil and gas sectors. Mr. Fanta holds a Bachelor of Science degree from McNeese State University.

Joseph S. Levy

Mr. Levy is the Managing Partner of Osgood Capital and Chairman of WNA a $300 million plastic products manufacturer. In 1997, Mr. Levy was hired by Citi to restart up Citicorp Venture Capital (CVC-US) a $500 million Private Equity Group. Prior to joining CVC-US, Mr. Levy served for 15 years as Managing Director of First Atlantic Capital, a private equity fund with $500 million under management. At First Atlantic he was responsible for originating, evaluating, financing, closing, managing, and exiting portfolio investments. Mr. Levy has completed over 20 transactions with a combined value of over $1.5 Billion. Prior to 1991, Mr. Levy worked at Merrill Lynch & Co.'s Corporate Finance Mergers & Acquisitions Departments. Mr. Levy holds a BA from The University of Illinois and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate for the State of Illinois.

Harry J. Phillips, Jr.

Mr. Phillips is currently president of Timberlake Interests, Inc., a private investment company in Houston. He serves on the Board of Directors of St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital, Southwaste Services, Inc., and Texas Concrete Partners, LLC, and until recently, Conservatek Industries, Inc. Mr. Phillips is a 1972 graduate of Washington and Lee University and currently serves on their Board of Trustees. After graduation from Washington and Lee, Mr. Phillips was employed by Browning—Ferris Industries, Inc. where he spent some twenty years in various operating positions including Executive Vice President of Operations and a member of the Board of Directors until 1989. In 1992, Mr. Phillips acquired an interest in American Ecology Corp, a public waste management company, and he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until 1995. In 2001, Mr. Phillips joined the Board of Directors of Cornell Companies, Inc., a NYSE prison management company. In 2002, Mr. Phillips became Executive Chairman of the Board and later Chief Executive Officer. He served at Cornell until 2005. In addition to his business interests, Mr. Phillips has been active in the community, serving currently on the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Greater Houston, and as its former chairman. Mr. Phillips is also a former Governing Director of the Houston Symphony and Commissioner of the Houston Clean City Commission. Mr. Phillips has served the diocese of Texas as a former Trustee of Episcopal High School and as a member of the Vestry at St. John the Divine, until recently.

Bruce Ross

Mr. Ross is the founder and Managing Partner of Dorado Energy Partners. Dorado is a private equity fund focused exclusively on acquiring and growing lower middle market energy services companies. Bruce served until 2008 as Vice Chairman of Lone Star Fasteners, a company he formed in December 2003 to acquire Lone Star Screw and Walker Bolt. He served as President until November 2005 and then as CEO until December 2007. Bruce sold 80% of the company to a private equity arm of the Lamar Hunt Family and retained a minority share. Prior to Lone Star from 2000 to 2004, Bruce was a Vice President in the Energy Investment Banking groups of Royal Bank of Canada and Jefferies & Company. Prior to RBC, he worked for Hibernia National Bank in New Orleans from 1984 to 2000, in various commercial lending functions including Manager of the Energy Service Lending Group. Bruce is a Board Member of Dorado Oil Service, Zephyr Gas Services and the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association. He earned a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University in 1984 and later attended the Presidents’ Seminar at Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
