EZTote™ - Limited Use Tote Tank
Shipping and handling of liquids is even simpler and more secure with Hoover's innovative EZTote. The EZTote is a world-class shipping container — compliant with UN31HA1 Regulations— that offers significant economic advantages of a lightweight composite Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) combined with innovative features that make it the strongest and most reusable IBC of its kind. EZTotes are available in the 275 gallon and 330 gallon sizes.
Hoover’s EZTote Limited Life Tote Tank comes with a rigid welded galvanized tubular steel cage. The galvanized steel base shape supports the inner container and assists with the total discharge. The standard valve on the Hoover tote is a ball valve that is built for repeated use.

Product Description
Bottle:
- High molecular weight, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), 1.6 specific gravity
- Volume Indicator: molded gallon and liter markings
- Fill opening (ID) 6” (152.4 mm) Lid - optional: 9” (228.6 mm) lid with screw cap and "O" ring seal
- Lid - HDPE with Santoprene gasket
- Outlet type - available in either male NPT or Camlock (standard) style
- Complete discharge through 2" (50.8 mm) poly valve
- Discharge opening - complete discharge through 2-1/4” (57 mm) poly valve
Frame:
- Rigid welded Zinc galvanized tubular steel grid, with labeling plates located on two sides
- Stackable
- Pressed galvanized steel base shaped to support the inner container and assist total discharge
- UN markings (31HA1)
Pallet:
- Standard steel 4 way forklift accessible pallet
- Wood (optional): combination of heat-treated soft and hard woods/ four-way access
- Plastic (optional): HDPE / four-way access
Valve:
- Polypropylene with Teflon, Santoprene (standard), Viton, EPDM or food grade gaskets
- 2” ball valve with Viton or EPDM gasket (standard)
