International Rentals

Hoover’s high-quality IBC’s are used world-wide and our rental program provides totes and containers to clients for their facilities throughout the world. Rentals are also available for offshore facilities and shipping your fluid cargo overseas. One-way rentals for international shipping are available.

Asset Management

Containers in Hoover’s rental fleet are equipped with our container management systems, which use the latest technology to track containers and to monitor the fluid levels within the containers.

• Liquitrac® is a web-based GPS system that tracks the location of our containers. Your logistics staff will be able to pinpoint the location of your containers during shipping.
• Hoover’s Liquitrac® level monitoring systems provide real-time, web-based information on the levels of the fluids in your containers, providing valuable information for production processes and during filling.

The choice to rent rather than purchase IBC’s and totes can provide the following benefits: Match IBC inventory to your needs – Our flexible rental programs allow you to rent containers for the period of time you need them. You can expand inventory quickly to handle increases in production or orders and match the rental period to the increased need. There is no need to have containers empty and idle in your warehouse or production plant.

You will also be able to take advantage of technological advances in container tracking and management through our Liquitrac® program. We employ the latest technology in level monitoring and our customers are able to take advantage of that technology when they rent IBC’s from us.

Shorter rental periods – upgrade your equipment easily without the need to dispose of existing equipment and finance a new purchase.

Increase the efficiency and safety of your warehouse or shipping facility – Hoover’s IBC’s are designed to be easily handled by forklifts and cranes and hold the equivalent of 5-10 standard-sized drums. They are designed to prohibit manhandling, eliminating potential workplace accidents.

Reduce shipping and storage costs – Liquitote® IBC’s unique configuration can reduce shipping and storage. Our 550-gallon container requires only 14 square feet of floor space – 60% less than floor space to store 10 standard-sized 55-gallon containers.

Eliminate disposal costs – Hoover will pick up containers at the end of the rental period and dispose of any obsolete IBC’s. You do not need to worry about selling old equipment or handling the disposal of equipment that contained hazardous materials.

Conserve capital – Hoover’s IBC rental program consists of a monthly fee and no down payment. You do not need to finance a purchase, or allocate capital to pay for expensive containers up front. Rental of your containers keeps your credit lines available for other uses, as the rental fees finance 100% of the container’s costs.

Possible tax benefits – Tax savings may be realized via tax-deductible rental payments rather than depreciating the costs over the life of the container, which may be longer than you need the container.
