Grease Bins

Grease Bins allow manufacturers to transfer and store products with greater efficiency These bins facilitate faster filling and dispensing while providing environmental benefits. Using the same 10-gauge construction and square design as the Liquitote® and adding a 45 degree conical bottom, Hoover engineered an IBC specifically for medium viscosity products. Grease Bins will ship as hopper or bin bulk material handling, NMFC Item 041027, Class 85.

 

2-5/16” Top Opening/Manway with Fill Port: Allows easy cleaning

22" Drum Cover with 3" Girard Fusible Fill Cap, EPDM Gasket, and Plated Steel Clamp Ring: Ensures complete closure of top

2" Top Fill Bung with 2” Steel Plug 

Discharge Pocket: Side discharge pocket with 2 1/2" NPT nipple and pipe cap. (475-gallon Grease Bin only)

45 degree angle conical bottom: Facilitates virtually complete drainageof products with medium viscosity

Discharge Assembly: Optional bronze, 3" full port ball valve or a polypropylene, 3" full port polypropylene ball valve: Facilitates quick cleaning and easy coupling. A stainless steel full port valve is also available

Fork Lift Channels: Forklift accessible on all four sides with fork channels on two sides for extra protection
